Over to Sharepoint we go!

Guess what?  We are now working from the cloud and our files are stored in Sharepoint.

This provides much more flexible working for us from the point of view of who can see files, who can edit them and even more importantly, information that needs to be kept confidential.  Whereas before we would have to put a request in for permissions to be changed and wait for this to happen, we can now make changes ourselves as required.

There are other advantages too.  If we loose access to our network, regularly used files and folders are synced to our laptops so that we can continue to work without interruption.  Very clever and provides continuity across the system.
