Youth Pledge presentation

Sharon, our General Manager was lucky enough to be asked to deliver a presentation with regard to working with people with disabilities and the types of jobs and tasks that we have in the factory at Norfolk Industries.

On 19th April at Carrow Park in Norwich, Sharon attended a Youth Pledge meeting arranged by Norfolk County Council for Disability Confident Employers to provide information about employment, types of roles available and also how people find themselves in their current employment.

There were many interesting stories from people involved in the circus, IT and other careers, and it often appears to be who you know rather than what you know!

An enjoyable afternoon for everyone involved!
