One of our EVOLVE candidates finished the programme last week after achieving so much whilst with us.

It was wonderful to receive this heart felt compliment from them a few days later –

‘Having finished the placement and the programme, I would sincerely thank you for giving me a chance to work in your factory. When working, Leanne and Sharon you good self always supervise me throughout the process of my task.  Meanwhile, you both have shown kindness and patience upon me, and not being strict and demanding on me. It is also generous of you to allow me some freedom while at work. Escorting and accommodating me again would express your consideration and sympathy towards me as a mental health patient. Therefore, I would like to indicate my gratitude and appreciation for your assistance and help. Once again, thank you.’

It shows that our person centred approach to our programmes is really working to get the best out of each individual.
