We’ve signed up to Signalong

Many of the people who come to us for work experience benefit from support with communication, they may be deaf, hard of hearing, or have learning disabilities.

Now three members of our team, Sharon, Sue and Leanne, are learning Signalong, an alternative form of sign language in which signing is accompanied by speech. Being able to understand each other is so important in life and in the workplace and we are working to make communication equal and inclusive to all.
