Recruitment Underway

For the first time in about 3 years, we are in the process of recruiting for a Factory Operative.  One of our team is retiring after an amazing 42 years service which is incredible.  After so many years, they will of course be missed.

The vacancy has attracted an unprecedented response with 154 applicants in 4 days!  People from all walks of life, but we have had to be super critical to reduce this to 11 people to interview.

Interviews are taking place over several days and a decision should be made on Thursday 24th or Friday 25th at the latest.
