Quality Guaranteed!

We had our annual Management Review Meeting this week for our ISO9001 : 2015 accreditation and it became apparent that as a Business we have not had one complaint during the current 2022 to 2023 financial year!

So that’s no complaints from commercial customers with regard our products sold all over the UK, into Spain and The Netherlands and no complaints from anyone with regard to our work placement programmes to local people either!  Not a single complaint!

I felt that this was worth celebrating and raising awareness of.  A massive achievement for the whole team.
