More recycling takes place

As a business producing products from recycled and repurposed materials, Norfolk Industries also looks to see in what other ways we can recycle and improve our carbon footprint.

In the past we have developed actual products to use up waste materials such as our Chewy Tubes which come from the cardboard reels inside our waste papers.

Just recently we have looked to see if we can recycle our bandsaw blades which up until now we have paid to dispose of as sharps.  It was great to hear that local business EMR Lenwade, would take the blades and recycle them for us for nothing!

There’s not enough weight there to weigh in, but from our point of view we are happy with recycling something else and saving the money at the same time!  That’s what you call a win, win!
