More opportunities for people with disabilities

It’s wonderful to be bringing new people on board onto our Bank Worker system and also our core staffing team.

Norfolk Industries has been finding that sales are increasing and output levels struggling.  We are pleased to announce that we have 2 more people joining us on our Bank Worker system which is a zero hours contract, but works well for people with disabilities as it provides more flexibility for them as well as the business.

We are also in the process of on-boarding a full time senior operative to compliment the current team and they will be in place by 1st June.

We are hoping to significantly increase the output of the business and build stocks of finished goods again after a period of higher sales and it’s great to be able to provide more opportunities to more people!
