Hold onto your Hats! Forktruck training taking place …

After many years of avoiding this, the time has come for Sharon to get her forktruck licence!

In a small team, you need as many skills spread across as many people as you can, but when your staff team have disabilities this is a little more challenging.

Sharon is booked in to learn forktruck in November and hopefully this will result in a wider skill base in the factory rather than just an increased risk to workers, people on work placements and visitors to the factory!  Updates will follow ……….
