Decommissioning of EVOLVE

Norfolk Industries was really proud of our EVOLVE programme and what this offered to local people who aspired to move closer to work, but may have never worked before or been long term unemployed due to disability or other barriers.

We gained some really lovely results from this programme and through the efforts of Leanne, our EVOLVE Assessment Support Officer, supported at least 3 people into employment after the programme had ended.

EVOLVE was always designed to generate a secondary income for the business, but whilst we worked for 8 years in total, we couldn’t find that regular income stream to off set the continued costs of delivery to the business.

As such we have had no option but to finally decommission the EVOLVE programme with immediate effect.  I would like to thank Leanne for her dedication to the business and particularly the EVOLVE candidates who all flourished under her support and hope that in the future at some point we may be in a position to bring EVOLVE back.
